Is it just me in here? I don't believe in sock puppets so it's gonna start looking real schizophrenic if I start carrying on by myself.

Sailed out of Hampton for 6-7 years before moving to SC. Does that count doghouse? Wouldn't want you to have to keep asking why it's so quiet...

I've eaten crab in St. Michael's a couple of times and gotten drunk in Annapolis. Oh, and had oyster shooters and beer on the front porch of that bar right by the inner harbor in Annapolis. Does that count?

Earl pretty much wimped out around here. But watch out for hurricane Gaston - it will blow anything it can.

It's 2am - starting to feel the breeze fill in across the bay at the mouth of the Severn - should be more for day one of Race "Week". Should be somethin' out there for y'all tomorrow. Dying down as the weekend progresses. The ebb tide is a bitch out there now tho....nothing unusual for RW, but seems to be more flow than usual.

D'oh! Are you getting work done, or strictly storage?

I need to haul out for a bottom cleaning at least. I'd also like to replace my thru-hulls. Not sure when it's going to happen though.

I agree, and I keep an eye on them. Got a diver coming to scrub the hull on Saturday. That'll get me through my Frostbite races. Then I'll look at hauling out afterwards.

Well I am now in Naptown. Since the Viper is not going to be hitting the piss until next season I wouldn't mind some frostbiting if there are any good boats looking for crew
