• The Columbia Delivers Gorgeous Conditions For Melges 24 Nor Am's



    Wind in the low 20's a consistent ebb and wall to wall sunshine were on the menu for
    the just completed 2017 Melges 24 North Americans, hosted by the Columbia Gorge Racing Association
    at Cascade Locks. The racing took place over 4 days, July 19-22.

    Part of the 3 stop, North American Tour, which began in Charleston and will end in Toronto,
    the North American Championships had 29 teams from up and down the West Coast, with
    a heaping helping of PNW teams.







    Kevin Welch's Mikey had 8 Bullets in 11 races with no need to compete in the 12th,
    and surges ahead in the tour standings after taking 3rd in Charleston.
