Ultim. Delivery by truck to Lorient of the central hull of the Banque Populaire maxi-trimaran
At 2 p.m., Wednesday, December 18, the central hull of the new maxi-trimaran Banque Populaire was sheltered at Keroman Technologies in Lorient.
32 meters long conveyed from Great Britain via truck and ferry.

The maxi-trimaran Banque Populaire IX had capsized November 6, 2018 when he was playing the Route du Rhum.
The skipper, Armel Le Cléac'h , escaped unharmed. The dislocated boat was towed to Vigo in Galicia (Spain) and was found to be irreparable

The sponsor Banque Populaire had quickly decided to keep his trust in the multi-detail Breton sailor, and to build a new Ultimate boat . In the process, significant modifications will be made: installation of the mast, floats built in the same molds, just like those of Sodebo Ultim '3 , etc.

The central hull, 32 meters long, made in Great Britain (the mold had been transported to Great Britain by Fiber Mechanics), has just been transported by truck, via a ferry from Brittany Ferries, to Lorient, where the convoy arrived this Wednesday, December 18 in the early afternoon

Assembly at Keroman technologies in Lorient
The hull was immediately hidden from view in the building of the Keroman Technologies yard, sister company of CDK Technologies, where the entire boat will be assembled.

The launch is scheduled for the end of 2020.
